PCT Help

I've just started a cycle of Helladrol about 5 days ago. I've got everything I need for my PCT, which is different than what I've used in the past. I was curious if someone could shed a little light on how to spread this stuff out. I've got Torem, Erase, Forma, Sustain Topical, Forged PCT...I was planning on starting the Forma about the second the last week of my cycle. I'm just not 100% sure about the A.I. and the SERM. I was planning on running the Torem 120mg days 1-4, 90mg days 5-14, 60mg days 14-28 and maybe 30mg a couple days after that. I heard that I should take the Erase maybe starting into the second week of the PCT. Any insight would be much appreciated.
 
Torem looks solid.
Forma looks solid.
Erase sounds right, remember to taper down and run a week or so past the torem.
Forged PCT start with the Torem.

so, the forma sometime during week 3 of the cycle is cool
torem starts the day after my cycle ends
forged alongside the torem
and the erase along with the torem and forged, but lower the dose and run it past the torem
 
I'd start the erase during the 2nd or 3rd week of the torem, sorry if i didn't mention that.
