PCT help/problem

Is it normal to feel like absolute dog sh*t only 3 days into PCT? Super lethargic. No appetite. No libido. And I'm noticing some atrophy (that definitely was not there during cycle). I've done cycles in the past and this doesn't usually happen to me until around the 3rd week of PCT if at all, not the 3rd day.

So here are the numbers:

PCT
Nolva 20
Clomid 50
DAA 3g/day
Anabeta 4/day
No AI (though I did up the AI the last few days before PCT. 1mg of Adex for about 2-3 nights straight).

Cycle
Sustanon: 500mg/week.
D-Zine: 30mg/day. Final 6 weeks of cycle. Last pill day before PCT.
HCG: 250iu/2x week. Last pin a week before PCT started.

One concern I have- Waited 12 days after my last pin of Sust to start PCT. I know longer esters like Test E and C require 2 full weeks after last pin. Did I wait too long for Sust? Maybe I f*cked up and that's why I'm feeling like this.

That's a lot of ****ing adex in 3 days

Sounds like you absolutely destryed all your estro. That would explain all of your symptoms. Give it a few days to clear
 
Does anyone think I should go back on cycle/dzine for a few more days to allow the rest of the sustanon to clear my system and to feel better?

Today makes day 15 after my last pin. Im now reading it can take about 18-20 days for Sust to clear/start PCT.

No reason to go back on for a few days. The other stuff should've cleared mostly and wouldn't kick in in a few days. Just ride it out and keep going with your pct. Better planning and research in the future.

Agreed. I used letro during my last cycle when I had a flare up. Underestimated it's strength because it was the first time I used it... Long story short: I shut down my e levels and made myself feel like garbage for a couple weeks.
