PCT GAINS

Hi Guys,

I'm 8 weeks done into my first ever test e cycle at 500mg wk. I'm sick right now, which is really pissing me off and already I'm thinking of losing gains as well as making me think of how I don't want to lose my gains during PCT either. I'm just curious as to you other guys who have done a test only cycle and how much of the gains you kept after pct. I'm not at my natural limit yet. I know I can get stronger and bigger, so hopefully I'll keep most, but just curious how you guys have felt and maintained during after your pct.

My PCT will be something like this. Please let me know if you see something I should change. Starting 2 weeks after last pin.

Clomid 25/25/12.5/12.5
Torem 60/60/30/30
Asin 6.25mg eod
DAA 3g/3g/3g/3g
Creatine
BCAA
Krill Oil
Multi Vitamins
Joyful Joints

Any responses would be appreciated as far as your own experiences with PCT and if you have any tips on helping me.

I did a month cycle of IGF1 with clomid and nolvadex. I leaned up a lot but once everything dropped my cortisol had to of spiked because I put on TONS of fat around my waist without any change in diet

You just do the standard 4 week pct of clomid and nolva? When did you notice the increase in fat begin? Right after the pct was complete?
 
Try adding reduce xt to keep cortisol in check. Most importantly keep eating how you did on cycle. A lot of guys quit eating right when cycling off and they lose some hard earned muscle
