pct for x mass

i took x mass about a year ago from a guy who sold it to me at vitaminn shopp and he said i didnt need any pct but later i found out i do whats the best pct for x mass since it has been a about a year

please i need help!

I would go for fenugreek, formadrol, and dhea at 100 mg every day, its what i used worked a treat kept my gains nicely
