PCT for Trans 1-Test/4ad/4oht + SD

Dose: SD 20mg for first 4.5 weeks, 30mg for last 10 days.
Trans 1-test/4ad/4oht: 240mg/400mg/200mg for 6 weeks.

My friend has a few more days left in his cycle and he just started ZMA and Tribulus.

He plans on using Nolva at 30/20/10/10.

Good enough or no?

i personally find that nolva is inadequate. i've run all sorts of PCT's and the nolva one seemed to take the longest. what was the fastest one? the one i'm in right now actually - nolva/clomid/6OXO @ 40/50/600 for 1st 10 days, then tapering down appropriately. this worked just a hair better than nolva/clomid @ 40/100 then tapered.
