It's a suppressive Anabolic.
You don't want to take Anything suppressive during PCT.
Ever.

No, the Nolvadex shouldn't be necessary.
I always recommend having an AI (like Adex) on hand, just in case you need it.

I still don't understand what you mean by "hoping". But I would use 12.5 mg of Enclo for 4 weeks, or as long as needed, determined via bloodwork. You could also taper it down to 6.25 mg for a week or two or to 12.5 mg EOD, if you want to taper off.
