pct for Ostarine

Did a run eariler on 20mg with erase and daa + zma as PCT. Planning to do a cycle of 30mg. I do have some clomid and considering to get erase.

how should I dose my PCT?
 
How long you do the run for??

Im running 25mg for 8 weeks atm and only using Super PCT for PCT, maybe maybe I will do a couple weeks with Nolva coz I have it left over 20/10
 
You really dont even "need" to pct from my experience. Recovery from osta is VERY quick, and taking toxic serms to speed up an already quick process, doesnt make much sense. Personally i wouldnt go over 20mg. Ive used all kinds of doses and anything over about 20 increases your chances of sides, without anymore positives.
