PCT for First Cycle - Input greatly appreciated !

Hey guys im going to be starting a Test E cycle of 500 mg per week for 10 weeks. For PCT i was thinking of going clomid and nolva. Is there
any particular way i should be taking the pct and is there another form of pct that i should consider?

Just pick one serm. Clomid OR nolva. I prefer nolva. Then throw in a natty test booster like DAA, it's too cheap to not use it your pct. Those two are the important basics. Beyond that anything extra like cortisol control is really up to you.

if for exam i pick nolva a dosage of 40/40/20/20 2 weeks after the last needle in conjuction with a test booster for the duration of the 4 weeks should be fine right?

SHOULD be, yah. But bloodwork after your pct will be the only way to determine for sure.
