Hello guys, I just started my pct from hdrol it consists of.
PCT assist, cycle assist, inhibit-e, and in 2 weeks starting suppress-c

I would like to use my pct as a semi cut cycle and run vapor xt, I would like to know if there is any recommendations for it while on my pct. I want to make sure I will keep everything I gained, but still be able to cut some fat off of my mid section. I plan to change my diet a little by cutting fat out and lowering some calorie intake too.

What were you trying to accomplish ON cycle? Bulk/cut?

As long as you dont go too overboard on cutting calories you should be fine. In my opinion you can often alter diet/cardio significantly to cut fat but still retain muscle by training hard and heavy.

Vapor-XT should only improve the fat loss results.

Thanks for the reply, on my cycle I was bulking. I am glad to hear that I should keep training hard and not to change my calorie intake. My workout was heavy weight 3 sets of 8 usually not being able to complete the 3rd set. How should I change this to keep my progress?

That really depends I guess. How long have you been training that way? As long as you are increasing the reps/weight (meaning overall load) from week to week on your primary compound lifts then I see no reason to change things up. If you fail at increasing the load one week then you might want to change the lift out or adjust the rep/set scheme.

Also since you want to maintain mass you gained on cycle you may choose to supplement the Vapor-XT only on weekdays and take off from it on weekends. This will help delay any beta-adrenergic down regulation, and cortisol increases and keep fat loss going at a steady rate.

You can also cycle calories so that they are higher on workout days and lower on non-workout days just making sure to have a net weekly intake of maintenance or slightly lower.
