PCT and sides Qs

Im on my second week of my PCT now
After a good run of test e and dbol but now i have questions. After running for like 20mins i get this nasty leg pump feels like im cramping and doesnt let me continue running .has anyone had that problem?

Also a week after my last test e inject i started breaking out really bad on my back, why would that be? I was surprise it didnt happened earlier since im prone to acne.
 
I get shin pumps while I’m on cycle, but I’m not sure why you’d get them off cycle. The acne is probably just due to your hormones being all over the place atm
 
Yeah so do i, ive been getting them since week 3 on dbol..so i shoild be good after pct .
Am i good doing 20ed nolvadex?

Try Taurine in the mornings,
about 500 mg of magnesium at lunch, and
500-1000 mg of potassium at night.
Actually Taurine you could take either before or after workouts also.
