Would the dose of ATD be constant during a 4 week PCT or should it still be tapered inversely to the Nolva?

Yep, go with the following ATD scheme
week 1 25mg
week 2 50mg
week 3 75mg
week 4 100mg

Tapering up as you taper Nolva down. I wait until I think my Natty Test is recovering to start ActivaTe which is usually about a week, but no real need to wait. Might be better not to wait.
