During PCT you do not cut, you will lose the muscle you gained on cycle. Eat at or slightly above maintainence for PCT. In general, I would suggest 4 weeks post PCT at maintainence also, the so called 'solidify your gains' period, then you can cut.
Some might say it is ok to cut immediatley after PCT, but I don't think anyone is really in that much of a hurry to cut they can't wait 4 weeks for their body to adjust to a new weight.
