I have taken cycles before and i have never had any signs of gyno or anything i dont think im prone to it. Do i always have to have an ai OR serm on hand? And do you always need a legit pct such as Nolvadex ect...
Or can you use hbm or something?
Im running test e 300 mgs a week

pct is not [only] about battling gyno it's about kick starting your hpta and holding on to gains.

if you don't know that you should not be cycling.

Yes, if you want your testes to survive.

"I have never had any signs of gyno", is not justification to skip pct.

That doesn't mean your endocrine system is invincible, or that your estrogen levels aren't sky high.

To answer your question, yes it is always necessary.
Unless you want to run that 300mg of test a week for the rest of your life. Lol
