PCT after MOHN

I've read a lot of different logs on how people use PH but I haven't seen too much specifics on what is done PCTs. For example when doing a 4 week cycle I would assume to do the same amount of time for a PCT, right? Also what are the best things to use in a PCT and when should you really start the it? I've seen so many things used that I'm not really sure what is best. Also I have seen people start the PCT half-way through the cycle.

research or people say mohn does not need pct at all or mild pct. My last cycle of mohn i like to be on the safe side ,so i did 2 weeks of 6oxo,and zma.

i would do pct just to be safe on mohn. remember mohn is relatively new.
