i have HI TEC arimiplex for pct (X2= 120 tablets)
is arimiplex only will be enough?
or do i need to add to it another substances?

You need a real serm like clomid or Nolva. You may also want an AI around.
If you look up SERMs online you'll see that they not only prevent estrogen from bonding at the breasts, but also stop it from hitting the hypothalamus, causing it to tell your balls to start producing test again. In a nutshell, there is more science behind it but you'll be suppressed from that cycle and the SERMs will help get normal test going again. An AI stops that test from aromatizing into estrogen. I highly recommend exemestane. Tried a few types and you can dial it in for a low aromatizing cycle or for PCT. Run a 4 week PCT. Taper the serm and AI down near week 4 of PCT.
Mine from an andro cycle was -
25mg clomid + 7ish mg EOD exemestane. Hey blood taken now, and a few weeks after PCT. So you know if your test is back to where it should have been. And get the stuff before it started, just in case something happens you're not growing tits waiting for the AI or something. (Probably not what your running but hey better safe than sorry where man boobies concerned). You'll hold onto more of your gains too running a good PCT.
