Pct, after day 13 one nipple starts to change and is different

Hi there
I'm in the middle of my pct on day 13.
I now noticed that one nipple is bigger than the other and stands more out than before...also the other nipple is a little bit different than before.


My question is:
Is that the start of gyno or do my nipples change a little bit during the whole recalibration and that is going to go back to normal?


I'm on liquid clomid 50mg (3rd week 25mg, 4th 25mg and on exemastane 10-11.5 mg for 4 weeks.

Don't know what to do now...

What was your original cycle? I'm curious to see what some say because I've noticed exactly what you're experiencing for the last 2-3 weeks. Also I am at about the same point in my pct as you.
 
Do you have a lump or any sensitivity or soreness in the nipple? If so then I'd bump the aromasin up to 25 mg day. If that doesn't shrink it after a couple weeks you may have to run a letro protocol.
 
I do not have a lump or soreness. It's a little sensitive...
So I guess I wait, if it gets worse I will bump up the exemastane to 25.
What do you guys think?

Bumper the aromasin to 25mg/day and switch to Nolva. If that doesn't work jump on Letro quick before it develops into anything further
 
^^ up the Aro to 25 per day.


But if you have Nolva (hope you do) add it in. Don't replace the Aro with it. Nolva with stop the estrogen at the receptor in/at the breast. 40 mg will usually stop the itching or soreness in 2 days. Then I would back off to 20 mg.

But here's the thing - Nolva really won't reduce the estrogen like Aro. But it will stop the estrogen from its activity at the receptor in the breast. So while Nolva holds everything off or back, Aro can continue to reduce the estrogen (as you adjust the dose) so that the problem goes away.

Letro is good too, but a little harsh. I always keep Nolva on hand, but rarely use it because I usually keep things under control with Adex or Aro.
 
Hi there,
I waited a little longer now. I am almost done with the 25mg clomid for the 4th week. I upped the exemastane up to 25 for another week....
Results: My nipples are still the same...no soreness or sensitivity..no lump...but they look different...I thnink they even get bigger and stand out more....so what could I do?

I was thinking about still using the exemastane for another 2 weeks and insted of clomid I run Letro for 2 Weeks or so.
What do you think?
How high sould be the letro dosage?

2 guys advised Letro and 2 guys (myself included) advised Nolva with upping your AI dose.

Did you do either?
 
Unfortunately I don't have nolva, just letro.
What do you think is it ok if I run just letro for 2 weeks? in addition to that I take a capsule erase pro a day
 
In a perfect world gyno would not exist....
Letro helped reduce mine by 70 percent. Then I gave up and ran nolva for 4 weeks..killed almost all of it. Now I just run .5 mgs of arimidex 3x a week to keep estro in check
 
So I stop' taking clomid and exemastane and go with the letro right away.
How should I dose the letro?
0.25mg for 2 Weeks?
