When i or anyone else is laying things out this is how it will be.....40/20/10/10 means 40mg for wk1 of pct. 20mg for wk2 of pct. 10mg wk3, 10mg wk4, etc etc


So both the cloimd & nolva r 4 wks, aromasin 5 wks.
