PCT Advice

I'm going to be coming off of my first cycle in the next few weeks. I ran 500mg of Test. E. once a week for 10 weeks. For PCT I have nolvadex as my SERM. I was going to run 6-OXO as an AI with the nolva but supposedly I cant legally buy this stuff in Canada any more. I was wondering if anyone knew of something else I could buy in a store thats a decent AI. Do you recommened running something for my cortisol levels too? Thanks.

Post cycle support has Trans-resveratrol 50% 1200mg.. And yes I would run a cortisol control product.
 
this is dave palumbo answering my question with regaurs to test C or E

when should i start PCT if i dont plan on using hCG, i thought 10-14 days after i would start clomid, but during those 10-14 days i would used adex EOD. then continue with it and start the clomid. and finish with aromasin. that seem like a good plan>? I would stay on an ANTI-AROMATASE throughout.......and I would start CLOMID after 7 days of being OFF to kick-start the PITUITARY GLAND (and thus the testicles)
 
I did some quick research in pubmed on Trans-Resveratrol and it seems like its a SERM not an AI. Like I said I already have Nolva on hand as my SERM. I usually order my legal stuff through bodybuilding.com. I looked up 6-OXO Extreme and tried to see if they could ship that to Canada but no luck there. I cant even order animal pack vitamins becuase it contains vitamin K :( So does anyone know of anything I could buy in Canada as an AI. Also what kind of Cortisol product would you recommend (I have to be able to get in Canada). I could order Arimidex from an online company but I don't think that I'll recieve this in time for when I start my PCT. Any advice would be great guys, so far i've gained 30 pounds and I'd love to keep as much of this as possible.

What about OTC designer supplements Lean Extreme for anti-cort...worked well for me

If that isn't possible than DHEA is an option...although I would prefer L.E.(dhea in that is not suppose to be suppressive)
 
I looked up Designer Supplements Presents: Lean Xtreme Patent Pending 7-OH and DHEA. They can ship the lean Xtreme to Canada but not DHEA. This is the chemical list of ingredients in Lean Xtreme: Green Tea Extract (50% EGCG), Coleus Forskohlii (40% Forskoli), 5-AT™ (7-Hydroxy 17B-Dihydro Dehydroepiandrosterone), 7OH (7-Hydroxy-Dehydroepiandrosterone). I was wondering which one of these is used for controlling Cortisol (I'd like to read up on how it works). Also when would I begin using this product for my PCT and how long. I'm running on Test E. Thanks again.

7OH....Is the main cort control ingredient, but all the ingredients work well together(IMO)
