PB ice cream (homemade)

Ok guys....another one i kind of played with and found a gem , IMO. Taste just like PB ice cream. They key to this recipe is a blender or i am just using my immersion blender i got for christmas.

Ingredients (rough estimates, but pretty close)

1C FF cottage cheese
1 jello pudding (choc-banana) (not the powder, but the actual SF/FF pudding)
2 Tbls natty PB
10 almonds
splash of milk

blend really smooth and put in the freezer for at least an hour......

It will come out very very smooth, just like ice cream.

Great for a bedtime meal. ENJOY!

If you can find guar gum try adding a very little bit and that will help prevent ice crystals and keep it whipped well.

basically it is the 6-pack of jello pudding. It is the sugar free type of jello. Its roughly 4-6oz and has like 60cals with 0 sugar , 0 fat. Just dump that in there....u dont have to if u dont wanna.

I've made a similar snack without freezing. All make for a great tasting combo. You almost feel like your horribly cheating, it great

I tell people about this type of combo, and they think I'm out of my mind.
