How many of you guys are familiar with this guy? How about any of his literature? Kettlebell training? I find his principles for gaining pure strength very interesting.

most of his ideas are very productive and are a refreshing addition to the usual routine but kettlebells are hard to find and pretty expensive. some of his stuff can be modified to suite your needs tho. try the pistol squats if you want a break from reg squats they are a killer.
