Patrick Arnold. Am I the only one who sees this?

I have had many posts back and forth with Patrick Arnold, yet I have never had the pleasure of meeting the man face to face like howwedo did in the past Arnolds. However, it has risen to my attention, every time I read his posts I picture this man talking to me, explaining to me in a sardonical and "Alpha Male" way demonstrating both intelligence and a little hint of deviousness. Am I the only one? Below a picture of the face Patrick Arnold brings to mind whenever I run into his posts:
