PAST coming up on tuesday

I have a PAST coming up on tuesday and I'm trying to get PJ or CCT, and I'm close! I just need to shave off 10 seconds from my swim and 38 seconds from my run. But swimming laps and running everyday til then is boring and I feel like I'm not getting any faster, is there any training advice someone could give so that I can meet my goals by Tuesday?
 
its tuesday? then what you do today for a workout will not help. rest. take it easy. be as fresh and energetic as possible. that will do the most for you.
 
Agree with asooneyeo. More is not always better, even though I personally, have had a hard time learning that lesson.
 
If it's Tuesday, hard training is only going hinder you. Today go for an easy run and tomorrow, maybe an easy swim. Ideally, you would spend a week or two tapering down. But right now, rest is your friend.
