Pairing 1-Andro and 4-Andro

I am aware that 4-andro has a slight conversion to estrogen. When taking both 1-Andro and 4-Andro together is it necessary to take an aromatase inhibitor while on cycle for 4 weeks?

Better have one. also run longer than 4 weeks, you won't see much in a 4 week run.

Yep. It's always good to have an AI on hand and like said above i'd run longer than 4 weeks. Check out the supplement logs section on here. There are a log of 1/4 andro logs so you can see other peoples set up and dosage.

To clarify, you should have an ai on hand but not take it unless you get signs of high e (e.g gyno), crashing your e would be as bad (if not worse) than it being high.

Many people don’t need an ai with 4-Andro but it is much better to have it and not need it than start trying to order aromasin when you’ve already grown a third tittie.....
