Painless Gyno?

Hello everyone. When I started puberty around age 12 or 13, I began to notice lumps forming behind my areolas. I am 18 now and have had to deal with Gyno since. I have large lumps that have caused my areolas to enlarge and become puffy. I would like to find a fix for this soon, as I am below 10% body fat, but still have bitch tits. Any help in destroying or at least reducing this gyno (for an 18 year old) is appreciated, but not why I started this thread.

I have done extensive reading in gynecomastia, and almost always have noticed that the lumps are painful and the nipples are itchy in people with gyno. I have never experienced either of these things as I recall. Why could this be? Can gyno be painless?

Thanks to all who help me out in advance, I truly appreciate it.

for whatever reason, this lack of symptoms seems to be the norm with gyno developed during puberty. dont quote me on that, that just seems to be the case from what i have seen.

Have you gone to the doc? Because of your age I wouldn't recommend anything hormonal. It is possible to get it and not have pain imo. I know I have had sensations or itchy nips before but I kind of think it was in my head and I think that is the case with other people too.

I have prohormone induced gyno, but it never hurt what does that mean.... if I touch the nipples now they don't hurt even if I squeeze them I can just feel soft lumps

Stop squeezing them and messing with them!

Doctor will be best bet also look at raloxifene gyno trials.
