painful right glute injections

hey guys i just did my 4th injection... the 2nd one to my right glute and it was painful again.. i think i may be going slightly too low would that cause the jab pain and after pain.. The left side is perfectly fine and dont feel anything but this problem happens on the right side.. anyone else have experiance.. thank
 
Same problem happening to me. Its just the muscle getting damaged differently everytime, sometimes more then another. What is it.. Test E?
 
Get someone else.. A friend even.. to do it for you next time...

To me it's same in my left and right... No diff, but some shots can be more painful than others depending on whether or not I start laughing or something haha... I did my first quad shot myself, after that started getting my bud to do it... Seems to be painless and less hassle.
 
i did i had my gf do it first and it still hurt on that side only i read an article saying the sinjection.com website is to low and the actual sport should be higher so im thinking i may have came close to the siatic nerve and my body is reacting you know
 
I've had some days where it's REAL sore the next day... Other days where it's just a bit tense. Usually during the actual injection it's fairly painless... The days after it's a different story.
 
im talking about the actual injection it hurts going on then my leg shakes the whole time and it hurts coming out and i woke up today and now theres nothing even there but the injection hurts
 
That's odd buddy... Try showering first; I've heard many say loosening the muscle up with warm water may help the initial pain. What pins are you using? I use 22g 1" pins.
 
yea i put some warm water over it but i will try showering again.. and i also read that i should inject even higher then i am even though i follow spot injections... so any one else?
 
ok guys it still isn't as painless as it should be the delt is extremly painless and my glute shots i am having difficulty with.. has any one had any experiance with this..thanks
 
things that you could try to reduce pain:
warm the bottle/vial in water, heat up some water in a cup, inject slow pull out slow dont twich, massage site for 5-10 min after injection, move around dont sit still, use 23-25g pins. Glute injections do take a solid 1-2 days before it isnt sore, but that seems to be the same with most places, it is on me anyway, shoulder was less painful than glute but seemed to stay sore longer.

well i had too glute injections that werent painfult at all and then i had 3 of them which just seem really painful so who knows anymore lol
