yeah, the 1-test is pretty bad. i've never shot some of that other stuff, but i've heard the prop/susp can be sore for about 2-3 days.

brutal. I shot my biceps almost 3 weeks ago and I still have a small knot in my left one it stopped hurting a week ago and I sure hope this damn knot goes away

Its really individually dependent. Really doesn't bother me at all. Occasionaly I will have one knot up a bit, but even then the pain isn't much.

No, its actually the prop ester that causes the irritation in some people. But just like 1-test, doesn't bother some people either.
