I have been struggling with my shoulder for months. Went to ortho back in April and he said it was microfractures in the bone in my shoulder. He said my rotator cuff was strong. I have basically been resting it but now the pain is totally different.
Before the pain was in shoulder. It still hurts when I lay on it but now the pain is mainly radiating down the back of my arm. When I raise it above my head (like I am pressing) it shoots down my tricep to my elbow.
Anyone experienced this?
