Title says it....

Feels like pins needles during initial sets of pressing, pulling movements. Once warmed up it feels better but those first 2-3 sets suck.

Anyone else suffer this?

I am 49 and been lifting since 1985.

Yup and it sucks. Get a compression sleeve. It has made a huge difference for me!

Maybe lower weight warmups with more reps to get the blood flowing. As blacktail70 said, elbow sleeves are a game changer.

Have you ever heard of elbow flossing? Let me see if I can find a link. I’ve done this but need to be more consistent.

Yes. Turns out I have an impingement of a nerve in my elbow . Using a compression sleeve and a lot of ice bags. Had to lay off upper body workouts for a while . Get it checked out by an MD.
