Big shout out to the guys at BPS for letting me log this new product. I have log several in the past but have been in and out of the gym lifting wise for last 10 months. Was having some issues with weight gain rapidly even though dieting and cardio was there. Long story short that dreaded thyroid was the issue. Doc has me on t4 this week 2, so will get another blood work done in 4 weeks.

I will update this log no less than 3-4 x week. Im very active playing softball men's and coed, gym of course, and family of 6 with 4 boys.

Sorry to hear about the thyroid. How's the t4 treating you? Noticing any improvement?

So far in 2 weeks in I can see some def mood changes. Some times a bit spaced out lol. He said it will take a lil time to get working and finding the right dose. I'm hoping soon then later. Thanks for the subbed!!

Hope everyone had a great weekend!!! Starting my dosing Friday 1 cap lunch time now going to start 2 caps split up. Had softball tournament Sat so took Sat off. Hit gym Friday and Sunday.

Friday

cardio 2.0 miles on elptical

Biceps:

standing ez bar curls: 55 lbs x 8,8,8,8

standing db curls: 25 lbs x 8,8,8 30 lbs x 7,7,7

seated preacher curls: 65 lbs x 10,10,10


Sunday

1.5 miles elliptical

triceps:

cable machine rope pull downs: 90 lb x 12,10,10

reverse cable curls: 90 lbs x 10,10,10

reverse curls straight bar 45 lbs x 10,10,10

I will amp up the sets and more exercises this coming week. Since I haven't lifted in three months, trying to start off slow.

Saturday played softball Autism Charity tourney. From 9 am til 7 pm. worn slap out lot of cardio that day lol. Yesterday off day. Today if games get rained out be arm day.

Past Thursday hit up back. Felt great recovery lately and strength coming back.

Triceps and cardio Friday. Arms felt good without any flaring up elbow pain!!

I see recovery is little better than normal. Also my arms are feeling my hard. on top of being less stressed. Because I'm usually stressed due to 4 kids and work lol. My strength is starting to get up there as well.

legs:

hack squat machine 150 lbs x 10,10,10

shoulders:

Final review

strength solid 8.5 I noticed after time away from gym that this help me gain back some of the strength I had lost during time off.

Recovery: 9.0 Working ft with four kids and playing softball 3 x week and gym this was a big for me. I noticed a recovered better the longer I went into this run.

Along with the strength my arms and legs got more solid harder mass then before. I love bps products and have used them for a while. I will def continue to use this product and would highly recommend it to my friends at the gym.
