Packers go's all out with Lg Science Cutting Kit!!

Yeah been sweating more, I've dropped as of today 9.4 lbs. I have noticed my arms are more pumped.
 
Hit gym up today for some biceps and cardio with lil sauna. Felt good especially when lifting. Had some good pumps.

Biceps

we did our drop set ez bar curls with 5 lb plates five on each side doing 8 reps down to bar for failure

drop ez bar curls sets: 65 lbs x 2 sets

preacher bench standing db curls 35 lbs x 8,8,8

db hammer curls; 45 lbs x 6,6,6

db curls: 35 lbs x 8,8,8

Heck yeah!! That's awesome! ...great arm work too! Bet that drop set was intense!
 
Took off today to take son to dr. for cough and he rolled his ankle. They did xrays, but won't get results yet. But doc said it was just slight sprain. He can walk and practiced last night on it but he said it effected him in the outfield. Anyway I needed an off day haha Went tonight to hit up cardio sauna and tricep blast. I love Friday nights no one there but us and few more.

Cardio 1 mile treadmill

rope press downs: 110 lbs x 10,10,12

reverse cable curls: 110 lbs x 10,12,12

v bar press downs: 130 lbs x 10,10,10

Kat, he said it was a slight sprain to ice it. Well he did that lol and then played Sunday. I didn't like that it was on a Sunday, but it was moved from Sat to Sun bc of rain to let fields dry. I was out there from 8:30 am to almost 5. I was spent lol. He was 3 for 5 with db, and rbi single.

Last night we hit up cardio 1.5 miles treadmill and sauna. No lifts waiting on my other brother for today. Only couple more days left on my cycle. I started getting some gym friends and co workers saying they can tell I've leaned up. My arms are tighter.

I am also feeling tighter. I got a couple new veins starting to surface.
 
Went to the track at lunch for mile walk and jog. We hit combo tonight of back and bi's. I felt so good I haven't felt this good in a while.

Back:

wide grip pull downs; 80 lbs x 10,10,10

machine rows: 100 lbs x 10,10,10

straight bar dead lifts: 135 lbs x 8, 225 lbs x 8, 315 lbs x 5, 365 lbs x 2

we super set db rows with standing atl db curls oh hell that hurt!!

Db rows; 55 lbs x 8, 6, 6

Biceps:

standing db curls: 35 lbs x 8,8,8

EZ bar curl drop sets; Did 2 sets of these again with 10 5 lb plates on 5 on each side doing 8,8,8,8,8,8 x 2 these are about as intense as it gets

db spider curls: 40 lbs x 10, 35 lbs 8,8

machine preacher curls; 80 lbs x 10, 60 lbs x 12, 100 lbs x 10

db concentration curls; 30 lbs x 8,8
 
Yesterday hit up mile treadmill and sauna on my lunch. Got my mile under 16 mins now. Today after work will be Chest day. Last day of log will be tomorrow Friday.

Thanks yall wel, KAT I usually walk semi fast walk then incline the heck out of it lol. But i been doing some high intervals to help with fat burn and to improve my overall conditioning . Today had to cut short on cardio ut did .75 in 12. I was at 17.40 now at 15.35 i just got to man up plan and simple. Today did chest!

Chest:

Incline barbell press: 135 lbs x 8 185 lbs x 6 245 lbs x 4 275 lbs x 2

Flat db bench: 60 lbs x 10,10,10

Cable flyes: 50 lbs x 10 60 lbs x 10 70 lbs x 10

Low cable flyes: 60 x 10 10 10
 
Friday hit up quick tricep blast. WIll give final review this weekend. Thanks for those that followed along!

Very cool way to switch up the cardio and push your limits! Great work!
 
Hope every one had a great weekend! I enjoyed the kit, as it's the first kit I've ever done. Lot of maintenance as far as remember how to dose, but has a chart that makes it's child proof lol Taste of the product was good a lil stout on one lol. I lost only 9,8 lbs but for me that was good. I had a lot of endurance for lifting and some aggression. This was my first LG product to try but will not be my last.

ratings:

weight loss: help me lose close to 10 lbs : 9.0

Endurance: 8.5

strength: 9.5

Aggression: 9.5

Side Effects: 9.0 had no issues with libido other then positive ones.

Would I recommend it to other's, a BIG H YES!!!!!
 
Got a new log up guys hopefully i'll get some love lol. Haven't seen P in a few hope she's ok!
