Biceps and shoulders over the weekend. Finished up everything.
Biceps:
standing db curls. 30 lbs x 10,10,10,10
standing ez bar curls: drop sets with 5 plates 5 lbs on each side. Droping plate after 7 reps.
preacher curls: 65 lbs x 10,10,10,10
shoulders:
reverse pec deck 100 lbs x 10,10,10
standing db side lat raises: 20 lbs x 10,10,10
machine press: 90 lbs x 10,10,10
lat machine pull downs: 120 lbs x 10,10,10
I will recommend this product to any one period. It terms of recovery and stress control, I found it to be very effective. I live a 90 - 0 life with work gym softball, and 4 kids lol. I'm usualy stressed every day. With this in the first two weeks I was less stressed sleeping much better and recovery easier. Will be picking up an extra bottle soon to use as a staple.
