hi all.im looking into adding in my regime one of the two natural anabolics and i was wondering which one would be worth the money..both are expensive.11 bravo or xfactor?any experiences?
 
SNS X gels is the best bang for your buck. ARA is much better for strength, pump and muscle gain in my experience
 
X-gels or X-factor, depends on where you live, you might find any of these for a very reasonable Price (in some places X-gels are more expensive than X-factor, and others viceversa)
 
I actually had a good run on OG cutler king

Then they went and changed the formula and didn’t disclose the PA content
 
Pa could be pretty cheap ( soy granules ) . You could use both. There’s whole tread about that. Lots of people enjoyed it (pa ) .

This.
Fern Soy lecithin granules are cheap at Sprouts grocery store here in california, and it acts as a fat emulsifier. I took it with my xgels preworkout and enjoyed it a lot

i have a couple of soy lecithin tubs and was going to use in my next run as a source of PA, but forgot to mention it here, :LOL:
 
Yep . Staff is dirt cheap and if you are willing to deal with spooning it ( not as convenient as pills ) there’s really no reason to not try it .
