This. Palash , you're a big dude, but 4g PA is more than 5x the studied amount shown to be effective. I have found diminishing returns after 1.5g, so I'd say 2g would be a great place to start for you. Run that for 4 weeks, and then bump the dosage up week-by-week to 4g to try and ascertain any improvements.
