Just curious does anyone use soy lecethin grans while taking an epicatchin product? I know it helps with ArA absorption. Would it be better to dose the grans in the AM or preworkout with the epi?
I could be wrong, but I don't think it would help with absorption all that much, as it is taken with ara for its emulsification properties. I don't think epicatechin is a fat, but I could be wrong. Perhaps there is some other mechanism through which it would improve absorption. Of course, if you are fitting the Soy Lecithin or PA into your macros, what could it hurt?
