Thoughts on this Bread.? Has anyone else tried this.?
It looks very interesting to try out. Came across this bread a while back and recently ordered a batch of this stuff on their site. Currently been using Ezekiel as my bread source while on my bulk but might have to trade out the ezekiel for this. lol

Use it all the time. Good stuff. It has a slightly cinnamon-y flavor to it.

Considering some of the main ingredients are: wheat protein isolate (which is for intents and purposes wheat gluten), wheat gluten, and soybean oil....its really low quality nutrition at a high cost.

Ezekiel is a pretty good bread. Cinnamon Raison is my all time favorite. Top it with some Peanut Butter & Bananas & it's heaven in my mouth.

I do find if you toast it, its not as rubbery.

Bread Is about 5-6 bucks. Where I am at.

Ezekiel 4:9 bread is the better option. Better quality, very low glycemic, easier on digestion.

Bought a batch of this stuff to try out during my bulk. Ezekiel will always be the go to bread but does not hurt to try new things.
