would taking this with 70g carbs pre workout increase endurance for cardio such as running 5 miles?
I'm asking because of PT at 5:45 in the morning with Army ROTC. I don't have time to wake up, eat breakfast, and then go. so would taking P-slin with 70g of carbs work for that?
 
If you're pressed for time, using P-Slin in conjunction with monosaccharides (simple sugars) immediately Pre-WO would most likely help to attenuate fatigue. It would appear as follows:

Wake-Up:
Immediately take 1 P-Slin

15 minutes later:
70-80g Dextrose preferably w/ BCAA and/or Protein complex.
 
thanks! I'll just give it a shot tinkering with timing until it works, otherwise, I'll just use it pre workout for my weight sessions in the afternoons.
