P-slin Experiment Results
Log Statistics
-Around 1 month of dosing P-slin pre-workout and breakfast on off days.
-Typically ate 120g carbs from oats, Honey Nut Cheerios, and raisins with my p-slin meal.
-Just some quick measurement updates:
Arms increased nearly .5" over the past 6 weeks(with the last 4 on p-slin)
Legs increased nearly an inch!(take into account i have been hardly working them for awhile and just picked up the intensity with them once again as they are a strong point)
Negligible gain in waist size(less than 1/4")
Pumps
-Pumps with P-slin were very intense.
-Very deep muscle pump and not just normal inflation i feel on pump products.
-Strong enough i had to drop GG for awhile.
-Pump lasted into the day for quite a while.
-This incredible pump came even though i was mainly on a strength schedule with lower reps!
Strength and Endurance
-My personal favorite aspect of this stack was the endurance and in between set recovery.
-I could stay at a constant weight throughout the entire exercise with little decrease in reps if any at all. This was impressive as each set being close to failure but still able to push out the same reps set after set.
-Strength kept creeping up during the entire month with no bad workouts.
-Very nice increases in strength and endurance that lasted even into the end of the workout when things can tend to dwindle down.
Carb Utilization
-Normally the large amount of carbs i took with p-slin would leave it hard to workout. I usually take 80g carbs prior to p-slin but had to bump up to 120g w/ p-slin and noted no problems with digesting these carbs pre-workout.
-In conjunction with AP i hit very high amounts of carbs daily with minimal fat gain.
Pre-Workout Boost
-This gave a very nice non stim boost pre-workout.
-Combined with a stim/concentration blend of choice it provides incredible focus and energy.
Overall
-All in all p-slin has earned a spot to continually be on my shelf. This is a true testament to its effects as while most supplements are effective for me(i tend not to by hyped up products that have little feedback) it is in a select group that will be continually used(if you all want i can post supps i normally buy repeatedly). It increases the effectiveness of many things taken in conjunction with it and i look forward to how the results continue as i use it for a longer time period
