p-slin or ap?

My diet is basically no carbs all day, then the following

Pre-workout- 60 gm. waxy + eaa and bcaa
During-workout- 35 gm. waxy + eaa and bcaa
Post-workout- 75 gm. waxy + 35 wpi + eaa and bcaa

1 hr. later 6 oz. chicken and 100 carbs of rice, sweet potato or ezekiel cereal

Which product, p-slin, ap, or both would work best with my carb routine and at which dosage(s)? Thanks.
 
Do you have the money to use both? I could propose a really nice protocol for that.

If not, I would say P-Slin.

In this case, If the pre workout and During workout is all mixed in the same container. I would open a Cap of P-Slin and mix it in there.
 
First off, thanks for the replies. Mullet Soldier- I'm open to suggestion. USP- thanks. I don't mix my pre and during. Should I open the capsule and put half in one and half in the other, or take it before?

Seems you would want the Glut4 activation before taking in the carbs and with the half life of either AP or P-Slin active for many hours, taking 15-30 minutes before your preworkout would be prudent. IMO

I would use P-Slin before the preworkout meal and an AP 20 minutes before you eat the rice, Ezekiel, tater etc.

I'd also do P-slin pre-workout and Ap before your post-workout meal.
 
Thanks for all the replies, I have exhausted all the forums with mixed reviews on the efficacy of the 2 products w/ some getting great results and others getting nothing. Spending $80 on the two is a fairly big chance. I'll see what I decide and possibly post. Do you guys have any kind of $ back guarantee? As in I eat smart, train smart, rest smart, try your product with consistently and be honest in how I feel and if it works, cool, buy more, recommend to others, post online, or no, it doesn't work, contact you guys and get my money back? You'd be best to talk to Jacob or Kenton (mulletsoldier) about that one

Sure, I'll send you a bottle of another one of our products for free if you see nothing. On one condition, you post how you're going to use it in this thread (I'll help you figure out the best dosages/times, etc.)

Use one product first so you get the basic understanding of it's worth.
 
I would mix the pre and during together and break a cap of Pslin into the mix and it will carry over into the post workout meal...

I can vouch for this method - works a treat - I add in to the mix some creatine/glut as well to sip during workout, and drop 4 RPM 1hr PWO.

Recovery is especially noticable with big compound movements like deads and squats
