Hi,
Ive just changed my stack to cut some fat, cycle out creatine, take a rest from stims etc.
Im keeping PSlin and AP in the stack though.
WO early am - now no PreWO meal, but take PSlin dissolved in a sports bottle with 60g carbs (50:50) and 25g WPI sipped during WO.
Because the PSlin's still surging, I don't take a AP with my postWO meal (and get a hideously good pump from it)
Take 1st AP at lunch - the question is ive dropped starchy carbs from my evening meal - should I still be taking an AP?
Any help appreciated
