P-slin And Creatine?

Oats are probably your best bet but the last few days the only thing I had access to was banana bread and wow. Full for days and energy was great. It's ashame Im cutting down now no more banana bread for me.
 
I actually liked the cup of oats in my shake then id eat up 40g's worth of carbs from cooked noodles and found 1.5 hours later I was an animal!
 
tonight it the first time Im trying Pslin with the creatine mono disolved in water, ive been using CEE but specifically ordered some creatine mono to see if theres a noticable difference. I will be adding some salt into my shake as well to see if this all helps.... Ill be back with my opinion in a couple hours.

well first off have you used either of these before? because if not you may want to learn how they affect you before trying alternate doses. no need to start with pslin and ap before teh same meal yet. and i believe some have used p-slin more than once a day...but you should start with 1 a day to see how it works like that
 
I agree, if you're running both AP and Pslin, then just go a single dose of Pslin.

Plus you'd run out of Pslin in just 15 days if you only bought one box.

Alright so I missed the couple hour mark, so sue me.

I have also started AP since I posted this last thurs and continued taking creatine mono with each dose in the "melted" fashion...... lets just say if I were to say I was impressed it would be an understatement. I didnt really notice anything last thurs workout, or the one on fri either.... but this tues with my chest w/o I had some great strength and weighed in 2lbs heavier, just noted it and said Id check it again later to see if the weight would stick or just temporary water or food weight.

Well tonight I have another stellar workout and go to check my weight.... 199lbs!!!! thats 5lbs in a week! not to mention this isnt like normal creatine weight where your all bloated and smooth, to the contrary, my arms are riddled in veins that were barely showing a week ago and just huge pumps!

This lil stack has gone heads and tails over what I expected it would, I mean half this would be impressive but THIS, this is just rediculous.

Great job guys.... cant wait to see what happens when I start messing with salt/sodium increased and glycerine. :fool2:
 
Been on the P-Slin for 10 days now - 100g of carbs from oats is a lot of eating (160g of 'Quick Oats')

This sits heavy in my stomach and takes a longtime to digest. I was sticking it in a blender, grinding it into powder to try and increase the digestion time - Taking the mono helped as well.

3.45 - P-Slin stacked with 3g mono in warm saline water
4.00 - 100g carbs (from 160g oats) w. teaspoon honey
sleep
5.30 - 3x RPM 1xPowerfull
6.00 workout

I can feel the carbs still haven't digested, so Im not getting the full benefits during the workout - during the day though have that sustained pump feel and hardness so I think Ive got a positive reaction to it.

When my AP arrives (godamn DHL guy trying to tell me its juice because it's got Anabolic in the name!) Im thinking of substituting it pre-workout with the lesser amount of carbs, then testing the P-Slin either postworkout or evening meal.

Note that my workouts are AM, so waking up to take supps and eat is a pain in the a** - luckily I can get back to sleep but it's not quality.

Any P-Slin experts like to comment?

wow... kudos to you being that dedicated to your routine and supplementation... I just workout late to make it easier on my sleep pattern

got young babies mate - only time I can fit it in.

To be honest, getting up that early to take supps is taking it's toll, that's why Im looking at changing.

I hear ya on the babies... I have an 8month old. Luckily my gym is ope till 11 and I help the wifey get the little one down then go to the gym.

You are a Machine for waking up that early but no need to go through that torture.

No need to wake up that early..

wake up 1 hour and 15 minutes before workout. Take P-Slin and wait 10 minutes and drink a shale with 25grasm oats/25grams sugar and 30 grams whey protein. 15 minutes before workout take 2-3 powerfull with a Big cup of coffee our your stimulant of choice.

Doesnt caffeine interfere with the absorbtion/effects of creatine?

Splitting hairs but just take the creatine with the Pslin and the caffiene with the PowerFULL. Creatine will already be absorbed.

Ah, I was just curious because that is something that I've always heard but have never seen any evidence proving either way.
