P-Plex, M-drol or Havoc for strength only?

An Elite total in the 275 weight class is 1,946. I totaled just under 1900 at a meet in April and my p.r's add up to 1,920. The 1802 was done completely drug free and I am determined to get this elite total at my next meet. I am not obese, but def, not shredded. (not shredded, not concerned!).

Nice.

most of the heavy power lifters I see are either fat asses, or at the least, just big ass dudes, with little muscle def. I know there is alot of science in power lifting, I just dont think most power lifters know it.

Im not too concerned with that study, i'll pay attention if the results are repeated 2,3,4 times.

the o.p. wanted to know which designer anabolic (otherwise known as a pro hormone) would increase strength the greatest, without adding much, if any weight gain.

he asked about pp, sd, or epi.
im sorry if the op doesn't like this, but I dont think from how this thread has gone, that he knows how to diet properly.

i've told him how he can figure out how much he needs to eat to increase strength without weight. and which anabolic would be best. I hope he uses the free information.
I appreciate your help. Now that the sites are no longer selling anything I am just going to run each one solo over the next year. (then pmost likely venture into injectables since I will be breaking the law either way.)

Then you either don't know many PLers or you're just regurgitating the "all powerlifters are big dumb fatasses" stereotype from places like BB.com.

How many powerlifters do you know whom which have a biomechanics degree?

I know of 4 personally, and I am a powerlifter, look at my pics, deffinantly not a fat@ss. I am probably a better powerlifter than I am a bodybuilder. And my diet is spot on.

4 that have a biomechanics degree? Very possible, but there are many who do not.

yeas 4 with biomechanics degrees one of which also has a degree in nutrition and one of which also has a degree in biochem...those 2 are my brothers

Why does one have to have a degree in biomechanics to be knowledgeable in powerlifting or diet?

They don't. But having a degree in biomechanics will give a powerlifter a distinctive advantage.
It seems as if everyone is misinterpreting what I'm trying to communicate.

untill your last post I was one of the ones you are speaking of lol. I thought you were trying to say that powerlifters were all ogreish slobs that are uneducated.

I am currently taking Tren and SD. I have seen huge gains in strength during my first three weeks on Tren. I added SD in 4 or 5 days ago, strength has increase slightly. Have gained 13lbs in 25 days.

How many bodybuilders do (nice grammar btw)?

I'm not trying to start a pissing match, I'm just sick of (alot of) the BB community and their attitude towards pl'ers. Somewhere along the line in this thread something hit that nerve, but I'm not going to argue it anymore.

Sorry to the OP for derailing the thread. Best of luck at your meet and hitting your total.

Let me address this idea: this is not a formal document. Also, it would be more beneficial to a bodybuilder to have a degree in exercise physiology. You know nothing about me, my attitudes, my education, my goals. It's now apparent to me that you know little about what you talk about, and I will be sure to disregard your future threads for advice.
