ok so i started my bridge into epi today, however i don't know the best way to dose. the p-plex i have is the good **** 19.2mg. i took it as follow - 30,30,45,30. so how should i dose the epi? i was planning this-
p-plex-30,30,45,30
epi- 0,0,0,20,30,40,40
i am experienced in ph's as well as the real deal, which I love but no longer have a source. I'm 202lbs 5'10 4yrs training. i also have a proper pct not novedex xt **** haha. i have 2btls of havoc so supply isn't an issue. thanx
