p-plex cycle

hi all gonna start a cel p-plex cycle in about a week. Been loading cel cycle assist beforehand. Im starting a 30/30/30/30 as i am kinda familiar with these cycles as i did a few in past. My concern is the dosage times. I was gonna take 10 in am after breakfast (8am) another around 2pm and another around8pm. As far as when taking the cycle assist how many hours should i space that out? any ideas are really appreciated

Your dosing spacing is good, You can take the cel assist when you wake up or before you hit the rack... If you want more responses, hit up the anabolic section...
