Starting a new cycle of P-MAG tomorrow. I have done PH in the past, but I lost my passion for lifting. Im back in it now and ready to get my strength back.

Height: 5'6"
Weight: 152 LB
%BF: 10-15 (Will get an accurate reading with the calipers when I get back to school)

Max bench: 220
Max squat: 315(I used to rep this lol)
Max DL: 330-350...? (its a guess. I did 315 3x5 like 2 weeks ago.)
Vertical: (Testing tomorrow)
40 yard dash: 4.7-4.8 (estimate)
60 yard dash: 6.9-7.0

I will be retesting all of these at the end of my cycle.

Cycle: P-MAG- 1 BOTTLE
WEEK1: 50MG
WEEK2: 50MG
WEEK3: 50MG
WEEK4: 50MG

OTHER: FISH OIL, MULTI, MILK THISTLE

PCT: CLOMIPHENE, INHIBIT-E
WEEK1: 20/25
WEEK2: 20/25
WEEK3: 20/25
WEEK4: 20/25
WEEK5: 0/25

keeping with the multi, fish oil, and milk thistle throughout the PCT

Im doing a work out like Adam Archuleta, I have seen some pretty good results with this in the past few weeks so I am going to stick with it. My diet is going to be as clean as I can make it. I live in campus in college so the food choices aren't up to me but for the most part they have pretty decent food. Pictures will be coming soon, and ill be updating once every couple of days on how I feel, weight gains, work outs, etc. Im going to be as accurate as I can so if I have good/bad results, I can look back and see what I did right/wrong. If you have any questions, comments, or suggestions ill be happy to hear them all!
 
Every1 will tell u to dose p-mag higher and longer.

I personally didn't like it...
Took my appetite away it was very hard o eat and make gains.

I would except I only have one bottle which comes with 60 caps at 25MG a piece. 4 weeks 50mg/day = 56 caps. Its the best I could come up with, with what I have ya know? my original goal was 50/50/75/75/75 but thats just not possible.
 
SON OF A B. I just wrote out this whole long thing, and I was logged out. F. okay here we go again. I lost my notebook so all my work outs, diet notes, work out notes, etc... were all lost. the last things I can remember are as follows.

Thursday, January 5
1.) found max on box squat- 325, I attempted 335 but I failed. Almost had it though.
2.) 90% of max (295) 5x1 explosive
3.) GHR 5x10 -superset
4.) Russian lunge- 5x3 each leg
5.) Reverse lunge- 3x3 Each leg- (135)
6.) Landing lunge- 2x2 each leg
7.) Russian twists-4x8 each way
This work out was so good my legs felt so pumped after this

Friday, January 6- Typically these last about 30 min long, two phases
Neuro charge (phase one)
1.) Rebound bench- 4x5 (115-125)
2.) Sprint- 4x1
3.) Medball throw- 4x4
4.) medball thrust- 4x4
5.) standing broad jump 4x4
(Phase two)
1.) Speed squat 4x3 (135)
2.) explosive push up- 4x5
3.) Vert jump- 4x4
4.) side to side push ups 4x3 each side
5.) Rebound curl(normally with a 45lb bar but I didnt have one) 4x5
6.) landing squats-4x4

Saturday Jan 7
rest day- I did a few sprints but my groin had a really bad cramp so I cut it short.

I have a new notebook so Im ready to go! lol I hope my ma doesnt throw it away again. My diet has been okay, Ive been home so ive been eating a lot of homey foods, but they are mostly pretty lean foods so Im not too worried. IN any case, I started my cycle two days ago, I dont feel any change yet... naturally... but Im excited to see whats ahead!

I have a bottle it's missing like 4 caps.
It's open cuz I planned to extend my cycle but didn't like p-mag too much.

I'll get the lot when I make it home after 7pm eastern time.

I know it expires Sept. 2012
