How many of you ever feel like your not doing enough. I'm giving myself a 24 week prep time this time and every day I feel like time is running out. My last real prep i had before done medical reasons forced me to quit i was working out 3x a day doing an hour fasted cardio on the stair master etc. This is the first year I will make the masters class and if done right I will have a good chance at qualifying for nationals as I will be the youngest competitor having just turned 45. I was so motivated for my last prep at 12 weeks out I was single digits. I'm using two coaches this prep one for cardio and one for nutrition. I feel like I am doing all that I should be doing. Sorry just wanted to rant to people who feel my situation
