overusing nova?

Hi guys. Quick question,

Is it possible/sensible to run novaldex as PCT and use it mid cycle to keep the gyno away. If so, at what dose mid cycle? PCT will be 100 day 1/60 10 days/40 10 days. steroid is test E 500mg/wk 8 weeks.

Any advice would be a massive help.

What do mean 100day 1?. Hope u don't mean 100mg a day

You can use nolva during cycle I have always used it at 10mg a day through cycle. They say it may limit gains if taken on cycle but I have had good results even when I ran a low dose of test e at 300mg a Week.
