Over 40 & Starting TRT

Hey Guys,

I'm going to be 41 in January and I just completed my 1st cycle of test a few months back. I had played around with a few PH cycles years back and always had decent results. In general, I don't have the best genetics and have never really been ever able to keep any gains.

My Test numbers have always been in the low 400s and my doc said she'd like me in the low 800's. I'm just curious, how long have some of you guys been on and any regrets?
 
Almost twenty years on TRT. No regrets. 20mg daily gets me in the 800's without any side effects on blood work.
 
I'm mid 40's and still cycle up to 300mgs or so. I don't use a ton of stuff.
 
After hitting total exhaustion after having 8 very stressful years and hitting 45 I am starting to consider checking my test levels and possibilities of a boost. Bad rad you say no side effetcts in blood work, what about any other side effects? I havent really looked into thing although I guess there are quite a few things to consider

mid 40's and been on trt for 20 years, that sucks...i only inject once weekly at 62 and only been on trt for 13 years and i am truly sick and tired of it--wish they would come out with monthly injections or effective daily oral....trt is literally a pain in the ass-literally.

Not a lot of guys are into it bc if lack of control of test and crushing and blasting but they have pellets that you put under your skin for 3 months and other avenues to take test.

i personally know 3 guys who tried the pellets---notice i said tried!!!

nope, not for me, looking for better alternatives until then i will endure with the weekly injections.

Yeah, I get it. Not for me either but if you’re not looking for gains and just maintaining them use gel
 
Sides effects as in skewed blood work from injecting too much test at once. hCG would cause E2 to rise too much sometimes but that means you took too much at once too. Daily injects only take a few seconds every morning and most men get by with 10mg/day of Test C/E or prop.

I need higher doses of every drug I use but my go to TRT was 20mg Test and 150iu hCG daily when hCG was still available. Without the hCG my testes shrink about 25%.

100mg weekly...actually they send me 2 bottles 200mg 1ml per bottle each month and label says 200ml every 2 weeks, but i split it into 100mg or half a bottle weekly.

very hard to get bloods on hormonals except for total testosterone.

Fu$k pellets. I’ve read enough horror stories to want to stay clear of them.
