out of the loop

Hey Folks,
Can you help a very disgusted with himself former bodybuilder who has been out of the loop?
I had a rack of seven 45 pound plates crush my foot.
Every exercise I did caused pain. I became so angry at my life in general I gave up everything to do with bodybuilding including magazines and the gym.
Then 2 weeks ago this wonderful site sent me a birthday greeting and that sparked my interest again.
I have started training again but I am out of the loop on supplements.
Just from reading a few posts I know you people are much more up to date than I am and would appreciate some recommendations on a supplement regimen. I have about 1000 dollars so spend over the next 3 months total (300 a month).
Please help this fatteninghitman.

You must be single. My wife would shoot me if I blew a grand on supps, If she found out......anyway what are your stats?age? Are you taking anything at this time?

married but been stashing cash ! that is why its a one time deal.
I am 6 ft and weigh 240. 37 inch waist(digusting).
37 years old and will work out
Mon. back
tues. shoulders/abs
wed. legs (light because of foot)
thurs. chest
fri arms and abs.
cardio to start 20 min. 3 days a week after workout then after 1 month up to 4 days and month 3 5days.
I am looking for a 3 month stack of mass and fatburining just like the rest of the male population.
I REALLY would appreciate some insight.
thanks:frustrate

that sucks about your foot. I dropped a 45lb plate on my foot about 4 weeks ago and I'm just now getting back in the gym...

But IMO I would just stick to the basics right now and drop the fat... Then you can add mass later. It is VERY hard to add a lot of mass while burning all the fat....

So I would just do the basics and make it 90% Diet
Whey
Casien
Multi
Could do a pre workout/intra workout product if you want..
Then add a fat burner when you feel like you have hit a bump in the road..

Some of Pre workout products you could use is (My 2 personal Favs)
White Flood
Super Pump 250
Animal Pump

Intra Workout
Purple Wraath

dude I feel your pain! I hope you don't have any complications from it like me. RSD is what killed me. RSD is when the injury is healing but the nerves are all screwed up and the pain is excruciating along with swelling.
I appreciate the responses but I also have a cruise coming up in March that I need to be able to take off my shirt. I don't want to be one of those people swimming in the pool with a shirt on:sick:

I hear ya man...

nothing bad has happend yet.. Just still can't train legs..
I'm just waiting on my toenail to come off so it will relieve some of the pressure

Then I can start going heavy again!:squat:

I second the Levithan + Drive combo maybe add RPM. You may have some bulk under the xtra love your carrying now. It's Still hard to bulk and lose fat, unless you want to maybe go the H-drol route.

leviathan and drive,
got it!:woohoo:
GNC or Vitamin world? those are supp. stores near me. Or is there a better place you would suggest?
Thanks again!

NUTRAPLANET.COM, Save yourself a lot of money and quick delivery. 30-40% cheaper even with shipping. Plus GNC and Vitamin world won't have them.
