out of AA,have only PEG MGF and (normal) MGF...

well since i ran out of AA(broke my vial ), i have 4 mg of PEG mgf and some "normal" mgf.
my question is can i use PEG alone or normal mgf alone or can i stack them?

i know ive read somewehere that mgf is useless without igf-1. is that true?

you can use together. mgf would be used immediately prior to workout. peg should be used at night, with protein

Thought regular mgf had a super short life and should be used post-workout, can you clarify why prior?
