We would like to announce our newest member to the TGB Supplements team! I am glad to have him on board with us. Thank you Bruce Madeya for all the support in the past and we look forward to helping each other grow towards the future! Bruce recently won the NPC Pittsburgh bodybuilding Masters class over 50. This win qualified him for a national level show. He is focused on bringing his best package to the NPC Master Nationals this July which just so happens to be in Pittsburgh. Please give him your support and follow him on his journey to the National stage.

Bruce, will be posting soon I believe. He is a great friend of mine and has always been in great shape. He has been someone I have looked up to over the years. Great guy and we are happy to have him on our team!
 
Hey guys, thanks for inviting me into your forum! My name is Bruce Madeya. This is my very first post on ANY forum so bear with me! I guess that I should tell you alittle about myself.
I am 50 yrs old and I've been bodybuilding for roughly 20 years. As many of you that compete, I've made millions of mistakes along the way. Still do I guess! Haha
I'm lucky enough to be married to my best friend, have 2 grown kids and 3 grandkids!
I won the over 40 at the NPC Pittsburgh in 2005, then in 2006 I won the OCB over 35 natural nationals. Then I decided to concentrate on MMA training and delved into a little crossfit. Then in 2013 I decided to train for the 2015 NPC Pittsburgh in the over 50. I bulked for 18 months and gained alittle muscle then cut for about 8 months for the May 2nd show. Thank god I won! Haha. I'm now in the process of training for the NPC masters nationals on July 17th.
I'm working closely with Trevor from TGB Supplements to bring the best package I have ever brought to an NPC stage! Over the next 5 weeks I would like to share my training and diet with all of you to help anyone I can to become a better bodybuilder and to maybe learn a few things along the way myself! Thanx again for having me!!
